The remuneration is each time agreed individually with the client. Its height is influenced, among others, by the type of order and the amount of work associated with it, as well as the date of its completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The billing systems are as follows:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n

  1. Lump sum remuneration – it is used when ordering permanent legal services of a case \/ cases \u2013 the amount of remuneration is fixed and determined by a one-off \/monthly \/ quarterly \/ annual rate;<\/span><\/div>
    <\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Hourly remuneration \u2013 it is used in particular when ordering permanent legal services with settlement on the basis of hours worked;<\/span><\/div>
    <\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Individual remuneration \u2013 the remuneration is determined separately for each service;<\/span><\/div>
    <\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Remuneration (one of the above) with a success fee \u2013 in some cases, a component of the remuneration may be a bonus for the result of the case.<\/span><\/div>

    In the case of commissioning permanent legal services for entities conducting business activity, apart from the system indicated in point 1., it is also possible to use additionally the settlement systems indicated in points 2. \u2013 4. \u2013 <\/strong>depending on preferences and needs of the Client.

    The Law Firm meets the expectations of its Clients. Information on the amount of remuneration is provided to the Client always before the commencement of the service provision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
